- Find Me Jobs Now is a venue that connects customers and independent contractors. We are not a party to any job agreement.
- Customers post jobs free. Contractors pay a non-refundable $9.99 connection fee after a customer agrees to their bid. If the fee isn't paid within 24 hours, the agreement expires.
- Employers pay a non-refundable $1.99 fee per hiring post, which stays listed for 30 days unless removed for violating these terms. Customers may optionally pay a non-refundable $0.99 "Boost" fee, which pins a gig to the top of its state board and category for 7 days; boosting does not guarantee bids or results.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Find Me Jobs Now does not store card numbers.
- Optional Contractor VIP membership is $19.99/month, billed monthly, and waives the connection fee while active. It can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
- Contractors are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and permits.
- No illegal, unsafe or misleading posts are allowed. We may remove content or accounts.
- The service is provided as-is, with liability limited to the fees paid.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
