How it works
For customers
- Post your job free. Describe it in your own words; photos are optional.
- Optional: 🚀 Boost my post for $0.99 to pin it to the top of your state board and category for 7 days.
- Local contractors and workers send bids.
- Pick a bid and agree on price and scope.
- Once the pro pays the connection fee, you both get each other's contact info and the job is locked to that pro.
For contractors and workers
- Browse jobs by category, distance and budget.
- Bid with your price and scope.
- When the customer agrees, you have 24 hours to pay a flat $9.99 connection fee.
- Paying unlocks the customer's contact info and locks the job to you. No commissions and no cut of the job.
- ⭐ VIP members ($19.99/month) skip the $9.99 fee: tap "Unlock free with VIP" within 24 hours.
For employers
Post a job opening in the Find a Job section for $1.99 per post (30 days). Applying is free.
Paying
All fees are paid in a secure popup by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. See Pricing.
The 24-hour window
If the contractor doesn't pay within 24 hours, the agreement expires and the customer can choose another bidder. This keeps jobs moving and keeps customers from waiting on pros who aren't serious.
